The Fifth Mile
Today I managed to complete a 5 mile run. The aim was to complete it with minimal damage to my body. I think I succeeded.
Status: 5 miles, Outdoors, Time (46 mins), Cardio (Good), Knees (Good), Shin Splits (Bearable), Favourite Track (Mary J Blige, MJB Da MVP).
Day Two…
After a day’s demolition at the new house, piggy backing of the neighbours wi-fi, I managed to get to the gym:
Status: 30km Ride on Indoor Bike, Time( 34 mins), Cardio (Nearly Died at a constant 170 BPM), Knees( No problems).
