Domain Specific Language Talks

For those of you interested in DSLs, Mark Dalagarno got in touch with me through my post on DSLs at QCon London 2008. Mark organises the CodeGeneration conference and has published all the conference slideware. There are a couple of podcasts as well.

When I’ve got time (sigh) I think I’ll listen to the one on UML vs DSL, sounds kind of interesting. However….if you get there before me, I would appreciate a summary of the key points :-)

I haven’t listened to it yet either. Is there any comparison to be made at all between UML and DSLs? Perhaps UML could be thought of as a notation equivalent for an instance of a DSL?
