So I have come to the stark realisation that I cannot run the Poznan marathon this year. To much to do, not enough free time to train, an ageing body and so many more lame excuses…

No pain, All gain
Another run of the mill 30 minutes = 3 miles. Nice weather as well in good old blighty for a change. After this week I think I’m going to step it up to 35 minutes and see how this affects my ageing body…
