Working at Cognifide
Cognifide Limited is a software consultancy that provides services for its European customers. After numerous conversations with the founders, an active interest in their work and various trips to the Polish offices throughout Spring 2006, I officially joined Cognifide as their Chief Technology Officer in the Summer of that year - employee number 13!
After a series of successful project engagements, we saw a common pattern emerging across both our current and future customer base. Customers are facing ever increasing time-to-market pressures. They need to respond to their competitors by being more productive, as well as creative, with reduced budgets. Our customers' customers want more for less. Hence, our customers seek better and more innovative solutions from us.
We are acutely aware that our customer's in-house skills are not sufficient or structured in such a way as to assemble and/or disassemble highly proficient and experienced software teams on a project-by-project basis.
Cognifide are adept at delivering high quality software and IT-related business services. Our primary driver is to enhance the technical capability of our customers. Even though we offer outsource development as a service, cost savings have proven to be a secondary driver. The delivery of high quality software is key. Cognifide continue to compete aggressively and successfully within this crowded market place.
